Bedroom 1 is has a king size bed, built in wardrobe, ceiling fan and air conditioning.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds with storage drawers and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3 (lower level) has a separate entrance and is equipped with a king size bed, sofa bed wardrobe drawers and television, kitchenette with fridge and microwave.
Bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet. There is also a washing machine.
The summer kitchen has a built in barbeque, gas oven and fridge freezer and has a shaded area for dining al fresco.
Externally there is gated parking for 2 cars. A few steps take you down to the courtyard, summer kitchen and main entrance to the house. Continue down the steps to the lower level with bedroom 3 and the swimming pool. On this level a gas barbeque has been provided together with sun beds, sun shade, chairs and a table.
